When our old heating oil furnace failed , Painters Heating &Air gave us a complete and very reasonable bid for replacing the unit with a new natural gas system. They did an excellent job, were respectful of our home and family. The technicians were professional and did an exceptional job installing the piping lines and the unit. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all hvac work in the future.

Although they weren’t able to come the afternoon I first called, Brandon and Cory came at the agreed upon time the following day. They were friendly and listened to me, efficient and were able to safely unstop my badly clogged chimney by using an unusual method, and then make a recommendation for how to prevent it from getting clogged again. The entire job was done in less than an hour, including travel time, allowing me to pay the minimum amount, for which I am grateful. I hope these young men retain their enthusiasm for the work they do and don’t become grumpy and jaded as many men do as the years go by. It was refreshing to work with them and their smiling faces and pleasant demeanor. I’m especially glad they cleaned the chimney so well three days ago, for the temperatures have been low ever since and are soon expected to get down to 5° for a couple of days and not go above freezing by afternoon. I know I’ll be opening the woodstove’s feed door many times. This morning I realized that, since they left, I’ve been able to do that without the house filling with smoke. I give these guys an A+!

Painter's put a new heat pump in my mom's home in 2013 and she's had problems with it since. First I called them because it was freezing the suction line back to the outdoor unit. Obviously overcharged, but since they put it in, I let them handle it. It seemed to run good for about a year and a half. Then it started making weird sounds, and on June 3rd the compressor locked up. I called Painter's and they said the warranty only covers parts, not labor. I told them that was good enough since I am certified on HVAC repairs, I'll change the compressor out. I don't think they liked that because it is now June 14 and still no sign of the replacement compressor! My mom has health problems and cannot take these 100 degree days! I bet if one of their mom's ac went out it wouldn't take two weeks to get the parts to fix it!! I'll be speaking to someone at Nordyne today and see if I can get the part directly!! Do Not Use This Company!!!!!!!!!!!!

Painters Heating and Air did a great job at making my house comfortable. They were professional in every aspect and they made sure that all my needs were met. They were very affordable and worked with my budget by offering financing for my new system. It was put in about a year ago and other than Dean and his service technicians coming out to perform maintenance on the equipment twice a year, I have had no complaints or concerns. I would recommend using this company with any HVAC trouble or new additions you have. Good people, good products and good comfort solutions.-Michael
