Painter1 painted our 3 exterior doors and 2 shutters.  They did a great job and finished it in one day.  Prep, painting, and cleanup were done in a very professional manner.  We are pleased with their work.  They are definitely not the least expensive but their work was very high quality.  We would use them again to do our painting!

I got my estimate from Jeremy and he was super friendly and got it done much faster than I anticipated. He was also more than happy to answer all of my questions. Once we got the painting scheduled, they got it done quickly and I was super pleased with the finished product. Working with their project manager, Josue, was also super easy and great. The crew was great and they were very tidy throughout the painting process and they also cleaned up their equipment and the end of the work days (I had a 2 1/2 day project for them, lots of rooms), which made life easy at night when my baby wanted to climb all around the house. Loved my experience with Painter1.

Do Not trust Painter1... We had a guy from the office and gave us a bid and said it’s a 1 day job with touch up the following day, he was very professional so I decided to go with them, however scheduled the painters to come out a month in advance and they decided to the day before to reschedule which was unacceptable as we had an event and the painting had to be done when it was scheduled for. The painters showed up at 8am and there was only 2 guys, they did the prep work and not even 1 wall was prepped, I called the office the following day and they said because we couldn’t be flexible with our dates they only had this crew available.... flexible? What do you mean flexible? I booked it a month out in advance? The third guy showed up and the 2nd day the main room was still not prepped they promise the main living would be done on the 3rd day, 3rd day comes along and still not done, I called the office again and she said she would contact Josue the contractor manager, he said we have another project that needs to be completed and they didn’t have any extra men, again main room not done as promised, 4th day we called the office and we then get told that they underbid us and that it was a 4 day project which they decide to tell us on the 4th day what happened to communication and telling the client. Finally 4th day came I told Josue this main area has to be completed and he said it will and to call him if it’s not, they still didn’t finish the main living kitchen but they were In Such a rush they left paint out on the tray for my new puppy to drink, luckily we caught him but leaving paint out with house of 2 dogs and children was unacceptable,  I called Josue as requested and he didn’t answer I sent him text still no response, I called the office still no answer, I was being brushed off. The following morning Josue decided to respond and lie about the schedule and said do what you want I don’t care! What? The attitude and customer service from this guy he should not be working with consumer. 5yh day my husband was fuming he told the guys the job has to be done and the supervisor for our project said they don’t have the budget for another man not they don’t have one, so we told him to get another guy which we’re going to pay, 2 of the guys we’re called to another project then another guy showed up and finally 10pm job was finished,
