There are basicly 3 layers deep of houses. The best beach access are the houses in the front row that are next to the stairs going down to the beach. There is no parking next to the houses. There are multiple parking lots with luggage carts. You may need to hike a few houses in order to get to your spot. Not a big deal but you may want to know before you book a place. The beach is nice and clean.

We had a great time here.  Living quarters were clean and the beach was just a staircase away.  A shopping center wasn't too far away for groceries and Gizdich Ranch made for a fun trip to get fruit pies.  My 2 year olds loved it as well.  We liked the place so much, we've already made reservations for another trip.

Beautiful views form condo. Very close to ocean. Very clean, neat,and comfortable.

Beautiful setting with beautiful houses for rent.  Those with a reservation stop at the gate house for a parking pass. Free carts are available for moving luggage in and out.  Some houses are on the beach and others are a very short walk from the beach.  Walking, jogging, wading, building sand castles, body surfing and kite flying are all good ideas.
