I've been here for 15 years. This company doesn't seem to care about the place. The pool area looks like a cheap motel. People speed through here don't even look where their going. The maintenance and clean-up of this place is appalling at best.

i have lived here for a year and a half and i would not recommend this park, a great place and very good amenities but poor management. the office is always closed and the way they manage thing like the club house rental is not professional at all. they will ask you for a ($200 BLANK) money order and will never give it back to you without even notifying you why or the reasons. that money will go to a fund for equipment or maintenance of the park ( how do you know that? ) according to them. i will really like to stay here but not under the actual management. hope this issues will be fixed sooner than later.

This place is great because it has a pool and hot tub and my friends live near me

I love the park. I been there for three and a half years so far and my kids love the pool and the neighbors are great. Very friendly community, and sometimes I would have to leave a message to get in contact with the manager but she always got back to me.
