Can't get through on any number for summer camp. Phone hangs up and no answering service. Everything automated and it's frustrating.

I hate the process to apply for LIHEAP. I went to the Lake Worth office. I've been waiting two weeks to find out if they are going to pay my FPL bill and just received a shut off notice. They should meet with me and tell me then and there if they will pay it!
