Talked to a guy on the phone about buying a timer, then drove about 40 minutes to the store and paid for parking to have the door shut in my face just because "The building closes at 5". How about telling me that on the phone before driving all the way to West Palm Beach during rush hour! I'll just buy the timer of Amazon since they are actually reliable, less expensive, and accept returns.

These guys sold me the wrong type of film for my holga camera, and then wouldn't refund it. They sold me a "pack" for 12$ that only contained one roll. Ehhhh. Sketchy. Shop around before going to these guys

Very disappointed in these guys. I brought my Canon EOS Rebel XS for repairs. The problem was a malfunctioning shutter release, fairly common problem and ultimately fixable. I was told the camera was not repairable and they immediately showed me a new camera body for $399. Good thing I like to shop around. Found Southern Camera in Delray and for less than $160.00 my camera is cleaned, repaired and has a 1 year warranty, like new! I will not be back, Photographic Center

Dishonest people. I spoke with Allison. I purchased a monopod for a shot at the train station. The monopod was a non standard thread size and did not fit my camera. I brought the monopod back to them with my camera and they were unable to connect it to my camera. They then refused to return the money. The product is currently in their inventory at their store yet they continue to refuse to return the money I paid for the monopod. This is why I say that Allison is a dishonest person since it seems that she is interested in making double profit on their products by short changing honest citizens in the west palm beach area.
