I LOVE this place.  Very easy to deal with and the delivery service is fantastic.  Michael delivered my pieces and he was super friendly and efficient.  I decided to change out a couple of pieces and they promptly picked them up and replaced.  Fantastic customer service........Highly recommend!!!

Sorry to say I was very disappointed with the service and craftmenship at Palm Casual in Holly Hill.
 From the moment we walked in the door I felt an unwelcoming environment. 
Against my women’s intuition my husband and I placed our order for 2 new umbrellas for our pool set.
After picking them up and getting them home we were most unhappy with the poor craftsmanship. Returned them quickly for our money back, should have listened to my intuition!!

I purchased two glider rockers several years ago and returned them for repair fully expecting to pay for the service. To my happy surprise there was no charge - Palm Casual really stands behind their products. Thank-you!

In love with our veranda chairs. We live right on the ocean and on the 6th floor. They are the perfect height and I just wipe them off and they are beautiful. Our most comfy chairs!! Exceeded our expectations!

Been a customer since 1996. Most recently a chair rail had an issue on a glider. They picked up, fixed and returned it the same day. Very impressed with their service!
