Ordered late at night before they were scheduled to close. They did not inform me that they were closed and had to wait 2 and half hours for nasty,cold food. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Ordered at 10:45....it is now 12:20 and I have not gotten my order. It was a small order. I called and was told "other orders were ahead of mine and it was on it's way."  That was 30 min.ago.  I literally live 5 min. Up the road. For a first time order, I am not pleased and may not order again because of how long it takes for a small order. UPDATE Food just got here 12:30...see photograph to see onion rings. Will NOT be a return customer.

They are now called Rome Italy Pizza, and the order was placed and once we got there, we waited after asking was it the correct place. They wait until after the order is now ready to say not only do they not have cups for our sprites that were prepaid, they will offer water for the same price, but not a half gallon of juice and we did not even ask for any money back. Ridiculous management.

worst experience ever. ordered delivery, manager on the phone told me they no longer offering Sub specials all though, it was on the menu. I still decided to order and give them the benefit of the doubt. I waited 2 hours to receive a sub, fries and a drink. And once my food arrived I took a look before paying (per usual). I noticed a small bug which i'm almost positive was a roach in the foil of my sub. I kindly declined and told the delivery driver I no longer wanted the order. He then called the manager who was VERY rude with me on the phone when i was nothing but kind!!! I couldn't believe it!!! His last words to me were "Don't order here again. Peace." AS IF I EVER WOULD. Disgusting and Terrible customer service. If i could give zero stars. I would.
