We were referred to the Palms. We chose this location because it was close to home and had good ratings. We had our initial appointment with Frank. From the time we walked in the door we knew we had made the right choice. Frank and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We told Frank what we wanted and he worked with us every step of the way to accomplish our plan. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had as we got closer to mom’s passing. Mom chose cremation. The pricing was comparable and the process was explained and followed through with ease. When mom passed the process couldn’t have gone smoother. Because of this it allowed us to celebrate mom’s next journey and memories without any stress of what to do next. We then met with Michael to finalize the details. Again we were greeted not with sorrow but smiles and affirmations that helped us to finish the process. He spent quality time with us listening to our needs and stories and memories about mom. Did not rush us through. Gave us the time we needed. When we picked up mom’s ashes I was taken through the process with the Palms Director. She was very friendly and thorough explaining everything I was getting and walked me and mom to our car. The ashes were beautifully packaged and secure. I cannot say enough great things about the Palms Mortuary. They exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them.
They took care to memorialize the passing of my loved one. All employees were empathetic and understanding of our needs. The memorial table was incredible. It was a small summary of my father’s life but gave great introduction of things he enjoyed. Thank you Palm!
Michael was the best to work with. Answered all of my questions. Was reassuring throughout the entire process. And was very compassionate. Highly recommended.
The Palm did a great job with my Wife's viewing. Not that I had much experience in dealing with a Funeral Home but thought it was reasonably priced for what we wanted. We had use of their large room which made it easy to great Guests. We ordered some appetizers which were good. Jeff took the time to walk me through all the options & details which is what is needed in this time of grief. I can not thank them enough for making what was a significant loss for our family bearable. I can't recommend them enough.
I recently had the difficult task of arranging funeral services for my beloved mother, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care and support I received from Palms Southwest Mortuary. From the first moment I reached out, I was treated with the utmost compassion and professionalism. The Palms Southwest Mortuary staff, including Michael Toth, Jenna Dell, Jeffrey Reed, and Love Abendanio went above and beyond to guide me through every step of the process. They anticipated my needs before I realized them, and their attention to detail ensured my mother's final arrangements were handled with the utmost care and dignity. Michael Toth was the first person I spoke to after contacting funeral homes across Las Vegas. He provided a sense of comfort and ease, clearly walking me through the processes and ensuring I understood everything - a courtesy I did not find elsewhere. He was also very flexible, allowing me to process all documents from home via email. As my mother had passed away unexpectedly and been sent to Davis Funeral Home where the state sends unclaimed loved ones, Michael's priority was promptly picking her up. Jenna Dell worked tirelessly and effortlessly through the weekend to ensure my mother's death certificate and other documentation were processed correctly. Jeffrey Reed kindly offered for my family to reach out, & come back when the time came to place my mother in 4 separate urns so that we wouldn't have to do it ourselves. Love Abendanio reached out during and after the process to extend their condolences and offer me the resources Palms Southwest has for families who have lost a loved one. I am truly grateful Palms Southwest Mortuary helped ease the anxiety and burden of this difficult time. Their expertise, empathy, and unwavering dedication removed significant stress, allowing me to focus on honoring my mother's memory and finding peace. I will forever be thankful to the Palms Southwest Mortuary team for their exceptional service and compassionate support during this challenging time. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of funeral arrangements - they are a beacon of professionalism and care. Thank you from my family to yours.

Although this was a rough time; entrusting my mothers service to Palms Southwest was the best decision I made. From start to finish and even after my mothers services held at Palms was remarkable. They went above and beyond to make this Home Going not only special but will be remembered forever. All the staff who I came in contact with were truly top notch informative, caring, and most of all compassionate. They paid attention to detail and even remember the little things I forgot about. . Everyone was so wonderful. The place was beautiful. The ambience was very soothing. Which was great for such a difficult time. Everyone was incredibly helpful. I had never planned a funeral service before and I was completely lost as what to do next. They walked me through everything and made it as easy as possible. I felt so supported the whole time. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for helping me take care of my father. Bless you guys from the bottom of my heart.
My mother suddenly passed away October 28, 2023. Me and my family were devastated. Jenna and her incredible staff took care of me and my immediate family as we navigated through the process. Jenna is amazing. I cannot say enough but Jenna promptly answered every email, walked me through the insurance process and helped us prepare a wonderful home going. When we decided on styling my mom's hair, Jenna met us at the door. My daughter and I had no idea what the experience would be like so seeing a familiar, friendly face warmed our hearts. The service was beautiful and the staff, again, exemplary. If professionalism wrapped in care is what you are looking for, consider Palm and ask for Jenna.
I went to Palm SW to plan for my prearranged cremation. My experience there with Karina was great . She answered any questions that I had and was very helpful. I would recommend Palm SW to anyone.
