I used to go every week with my two young boys. They love the planes, and every week a different plane would have an open cockpit to sit in. Now that they've sat in all the planes, they don't want to go do often. They still like the flight simulator programs in the library. And they are increasingly tolerant of, and even occasionally interested in (they're 11 & 12) the oral history that makes this museum such a treasure. It is almost entirely staffed by volunteer veterans...a few even left from WW11. This last weekend we met two Tuskeegee Airmen at the museum. How cool was that!

They carefully preserve tons of History including but not exclusively airplanes. They have cars engines of all sorts weapons just an all-around fun place to visit if you are into aviation history. I love to see the Corsair outside.

Great place for the whole family! Staff is very polite and knowledgeable. I took my 3 year old daughter she had a blast. They have a nice deli section if you hey hungry. They even have a little section for the kids to play.

Great place for everyone to see! Kids learn about history, barely taught in schools today. Hear great stories and SEE an exquisite collection of items from each war. Airplanes, all but ONE, running?! Well worth a small donation, for a full day pulling stories out of the proudest and most well informed volunteers, ever!

Awesome place. Very cool that they are flying the planes and giving rides. Lots of money to take a ride. P51D Mustang rides are $1,800.00! Great collection of WWII, Koreon War, and Vietnam aircraft among many other things. Definitely worth the small entrance fee. Very friendly volunteer staff. Enjoy!
