Lisa is the best! I have been in a lot of dental chairs through the years and she is amazing. Went to another dental place for a free exam and told me I had 6 cavities and needed a deep cleaning. I have been looking for a dentist for quite some time now. I am pleased to say that I have found me home at Palm Valley Dental. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with from the front desk all the way to the Doctor. I want to give a special thank you to Alicia and Lisa, you guys are awesome. Thank you so much and keep up the great work.

I hate to leave this review because the dentist is actually really good. It's her office staff I have a huge complaint with and unfortunately it looks like I will be filing a complaint with the licensing board this week since I'm getting no where with the office. I had a tooth in desperate need of a filling and crown. I kept putting it off until I had dental insurance finally. In June, I made the appointment and told the receptionist I needed antibiotics called in because I have a titanium plate and screws in my neck. The receptionist argued with me and said they don't do that. Well- this was the 3rd or 4th root canal and crown I've had done there and I get antibiotics each time. (I also have a lap band and silicone breast implants but didn't feel the need to have that convo with a freaking receptionist) so I told her every doctor I've seen for my other health concerns have told me to get antibiotics to ensure no infection. This conversation with the receptionist went on for days- me fighting her for antibiotics- her insisting I didn't need them. Ultimately, she ended up CALLING my spine doctor's receptionist and got a letter from the RECEPTIONIST saying I didn't need it. The day I showed up- this dumb b*tch decides to READ the letter to me and insist she's right I don't need it. Well, I needed the root canal and didn't want to fight with her anymore. So I went thru with the procedure. And- I bet you can guess what happened.... Yup. Got a horrible infection in my gums that led to an abscess, I missed two weeks of work and ultimately lost my job due to time off. I called to complain and asked for my overpayment back (because I had overpaid) and they told me they were waiting for all payments from the insurance to post). But no apology about not giving me antibiotics, no call from the dentist, nothing. Real class act there people- thanks for all the pain and not listening to your patient. Hey what do I know? Your receptionist apparently knows my body better than me. Now, I get a bill showing I owe them for that crown. Uh, excuse me? I think you owe me for pain, suffering, and losing my job from your malpractice. Called the office to dispute the bill- talked to the same moron receptionist and left three messages to get the office manager to call me back. I'll be filing a complaint this week with Texas State Licensing board. I'd suggest you steer clear of this place- it's been a nightmare dealing with this infection.

Been going here for years and the staff has always been super friendly and helpful. Dr. Housley is very knowledgeable and patient. Haven't had a bad experience yet. Highly recommended. Off to take pics of my freshly cleaned teeth!

I have been a patient at Palm Valley Dental for three years and it is the best dental office I have ever been in my 30 years of seeing a dentist. the staff and Doctor is the best ever.
