This was our first visit and I was really happy with the service provided. They were fast and super friendly. We did not have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen and our treatment was explained in detail and easy to understand. Would definitely recommend!

Claudia is a horrible representative for the billing department, she thinks it's funny and laughs when I have denied claims . I simply was just asking her questions about my bill but was not taking me seriously. Instead talked to me in a condescending manner. Also lied saying she would get someone to help better with my situation, instead transferred me over to a voicemail. I don't appreciate her laughing in between our conversation when I'm very upset already that the claim is denied and myself having to pay for almost a $700 bill. Very unprofessional service I had from CLAUDIA in billing, I hope she reads this and will think twice about laughing at someone's financial sake .

They have really gone down hill. Stay away, since dr whitehouse has left so you will see Dr Mic. And then you are considered a periodontal patient and it is then stuck in your file. So therefore when you change dentist within they have you since it is now in your file and will not clean your teeth since you are consider a peridontal patient but want you to come back to charge you for deep cleaning etc and leave anyway with a charge of probing etc. Milking the insurance for sure. And dr caldwell even said your teeth look good. Hello then why in the hell you didnt clean them Also when ur 60 yrs they assume u take all kinds of medication, no i dont take anything they didnt believe me, its pretty sad that so many people are medicated now days. Wasted from 230 till 4 of my time and off work to deal with this crape. The coffee was cold and old really gone downhill on the customer service pretty pathetic. Went to a different dentist no 5s and no deep cleaning required. Hello does this tell you something.

Currently still waiting for my 3:00 appointment at 3:40. This is not the first time this has happened. They charge you 50$ if you are late, but obviously that does not work both ways. Decent dentists. Just know the your "appointment" is an appointment to wait for your appointment and it could be over 30 minutes late.

I had a tooth removed on a Thursday, and Sunday night one of my stitches came lose and fell out but was hanging from the back stitches and was just hanging in my mouth, I called the on call doctor and he called back right away. He was very helpful and nice. About 45 mins later I get a call and it was my actual doctor and he had gotten a message from the on call doctor and wanted to check on me personally, I told him everything that was going on and he was going to call me in some more medicine but it was 10pm and the closest pharmacy that was open was 25 mins away from me so I told him tomorrow would be best and I could make it through the night. My doctor told me the number he called from was his personal and that if I had any problems over night to not hesitate to call him. Well 8:30am and I was in so much pain and had cried most the night and didn't wanna call and bother him in the middle of the night I called him first thing in the morning and he picked up and talked to me and told me he was calling in a couple different medications immediately and then his assistant would call me around noon to set up a apt for me to be seen. I've never had such a caring, nice and funny doctor ever and would recommend Dr. Adam Carter to anyone. He truly very caring, he didn't have to call me even after I had talked to the on call doctor. The office even called me as soon as they open because they also got the message from the on call doctor and they wanted to make sure everything was ok and if I needed to get in. Absolutely best place to have dental work and I'm so happy I switched to them and will never go anywhere else again. Thank you Rose Dental Group and Dr. Carter for being so amazing and caring. Wish I could give them more stars!!
