This place teaches coping skills, but does not help you actually HEAL from your your trauma or depression. The staff is great, even the coping skills are great, but the most beneficial thing I got out of it was just having a support group. That's the best part. If you're freaked out by group therapy, don't be. It's wonderful. But if you're looking for healing from your past this isn't the place. For healing, true healing, if you're a woman or young girl go to mercy ministries, it's free. If you're male or female, you need to read The Bondage Breaker.

I was nervous at first when I first went here but the people here treat me better than family. I wake up every morning with a purpose now because of these wonder people. The group therapy really makes you feel welcomed and the staff is outstanding. Best therapy I've ever had in my life.

Beware....I was billed and paid the very high price for attending this program a few days in 2015. However, was billed 2 years later for Psychiatric services, 102017! After being assured by the billing office they CANT bill me past 1yr, Im now told I owe almost $500! Im on SSDI and they could care less! I have perfect credit and have struggled to maintain it. Oh well. If I am on deaths door in the future I will NOT go to them for my 30yr.history of Depression, and PTSD from 2011!

The staff are very genuine and caring. Also, the program offered is evidence-based and effective.
