Do not live here. This is not in Forest Acres, it is Richland county and is somewhat of a seedy area. The apartments are moldy and damp, and the landlord does not agree so refuses to do anything about mold. They call the black circular stains that keep appearing on walls and windows "dirt." Multiple other tenants have reported serious issues with the building that go completely unfixed.

There is a sketchy house across the street that constantly has police called to it. The carpets haven't been replaced in years, and the floor underneath is lumpy. There were two different colors of paint on the walls in blotches! How lazy!! The landlord is a shifty person and if you're trying to escape from this hellhole of a place they won't answer your emails or calls. If you have ANYTHING wrong with your apartment here, you better send it all to the landlord via certified mail. I don't care if its a lightbulb out. They want you to maintain their horrible apartments on your own dime while they rake in all the profit. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. It's a total dump and the only thing nice about it is that the units stay decently cool in hot weather.
