Honestly the WORST customer service ever EVERY single time I go. Even the manager is rude. No wonder the employees are just as rude. This older woman (employee) was talking to a customer which is reasonable and fine, but what isn’t okay is that it took what felt like 15 minutes! Once the employee finally finished running her mouth, someone else decided to tend to me (who by the way was very nice). However, the older employee who was yapping  her mouth gave the customer behind me a free drink for the long wait, but I was there 10 minutes before the lady behind me. In summary, I’m never going back. The district manager should clean house or provide a course that teaches customer service. Sad souls hardly ever crack a smile. Almost makes me lose my appetite for the food.

Great food, but do not bother with the drive through - unless you have about 40 minutes to spare. There is nowhere for you to leave once you are in the line so you end up getting stuck sometimes. It didn't help that two of the workers were chatting with somebody in a car in the parking lot while the cars were stuck not moving and just waiting for their orders.

I had an issue with an online order (website problems, not the stores fault). The second manager I spoke with resolved the issue quickly with a smile on her face. I wish I knew her name because she was awsome. The wait was rather long due to one of the items I ordered being used up for a family order but the food was delicious and fresh. They even gave me a drink for my long wait. I’d have to say, for “fast food Chinese” I was super impressed with the flavor of the dishes. The Chow Mein was a tad dry but still delicious. All around pretty good visit.

Food is consistently good. Service could be a little better but that depends on the labor pool available in most cases. Still, overall a good place to eat on a consistent basis.
