I keep saying I'm not going back to this Chili's. Well my friend was determined to go so I went along. Yet again we waited 30/45 minutes for our food. When they decided to bring our meal mine was wrong so had to send it back. people who came in after us were getting their food before us. The manager never came to our table. The waitress apologized. It was 11:30 in the morning so hardly anyone was there. Never received an explanation of what happened to our food. I'm determined to never go back.

Great tasting food. The service was horrible.Half of the restaurant was full of empty tables yet there was a 15-20 min wait to be seated. After 40 minutes of waiting we asked what was the hold up. We were told we were next in line to be seated even though there were "MANY" empty tables.we waited another 15 minutes to be seated and then waited another 10 minutes before they took our drink order. I am only ranking them a 2 due to the good food.if you want good service try texas road house.

Most of the food is usually good - this time, one of our side items wasn't hot like it should've been. The problems we consistently have at this Chili's are the standard of service from the wait staff - inconsistent and often substandard - and the extreme slowness of the kitchen staff - food seems to take forever. We skipped out on getting desserts for our large table because we were just ready to not be there anymore. We didn't want to wait again & they missed out on an easy $20-30 extra revenue. So, if you have time to kill & don't mind asking for things repeatedly, the food's usually pretty good.

Food was alright but the service was subpar. Kitchen messed up food really badly and didn't fix mistakes.

STILL SUCKS!! It's been a couple of years since our last "Bad Chili's Experience". We were given a gift card, so we decided to give Chili's another chance. We visited Chili's on 6/5/17 @ about 1:30pm. The restaurant was easily less than half full. We were seated in a corner booth and the long wait began! Several waiters and waitresses noticed us sitting there but "Ours" never showed. I returned to the front door and asked the hostess who our waiter or waitress might be. She headed to the kitchen to find out, after another five minutes the wife and I both agreed to bail and find another place to eat. Twenty minutes may not seem that that long to most, but when you've got a 6 and 3 year old dining with you it's a really Loooong time. I'll re-gift the Chili's gift card to someone and never make the mistake of trying to eat there again. Side Note: We headed to Buffalo Wild Wings next and had a top rate, 5 Star experience there!
