I generally like Panda Express, but this time they messed up really bad. I called the location several times trying to get in touch with anyone and to no avail I headed out to the location. The manager said I would need my receipt to get the order replaced, so I went home got the receipt and when I came back the SAME manager said they weren’t going to replace the order after I was already told they would replace the order if I brought the receipt....???

The manager came to the window and we argued back-and-forth for several minutes before she finally walked off, very rudely. I don’t know her name but the order was placed at 1:25 PM on 4/22/2018. 

Abby, the drive-through attendant, was very sweet through all of this, unlike the manager on duty. And she came to the window and informed me that the manager will replace the order except for the ONE Pepsi on the order. Silly... I said, “Fine.”

I was done with this manager. She had no business being a manager and no customer service experience. Bad hire. The manager never apologized and after she walked off I never saw her again. Abby came back to hand me my order and she kept apologizing and we assured her it wasn’t her fault. Kudos to Abby for the excellent service. I am sorry you have to work for a manager like the girl on duty.

The replaced order was good.

Fabio who works here at the clermont store is absolutely wonderful. He’s a very sweet gentleman and needs to be recognized for his awesome customer service and his sweet smile. I come here a lot because my husband and all my employees at work love Panda, and I see Fabio at the window every time I come. What an amazing employee you all have.

If your group like to choose their own food this is a good place to go. The prices are reasonable for oriental food and you can choose how many items you want in your meal. The egg rolls are good and all the dishes we have tried have been tasty. They don't add msg but be aware that anything with soy in it means you get get some as it is naturally occurring. Staff was friendly and the service was quick.

This place makes great food.  Usually it's the normal fast food environment.  This occasion the employer went above and beyond.  It made our day better.  I'll be back!

Not sure if chow mein noodles should be hard, I think it was a little hard for my liking very grease. Had to wait for one of our entree and cashier said she was going to take it to us. Waited 15 minutes and went to the counter and the cashier forgot about it.
