It might just be a staffing issue.... But the fact they are drive through service mostly is very disappointing. There was a 2 order limit on meals per car on the 4 of us. Our going there for lunch was for convenience purposes and that has now been negated.Food: 3/5
Been coming here steady for a year. The rice the last few months has been in a decline. Hard and crunchy nearly every time. How can you forget how to make rice, it’s rice it’s not that difficult. Pick it up, I miss good Panda
Went out of my way to stop in at panda during open business hours. I could see workers and customers Inside and even plenty of food. I tried every single door on the whole building but they were all locked. I even talked to a customer who came out and they said they had locked the doors after they had gotten their food. If you're going to have open business hours you should actually be open.
Great food and friendly staff. One thing to know is that if you show up within 30 mins of closing, they might not have your preferred menu item. Understandable considering the way panda express works, but just be aware . Cheers
Lobby is closed every time I come here. Rice was dry and crunchy. The app also sucks cant even see the buttons at bottom of screen.
Let us come in to order, kicked us out 2 minutes afterwards and said the lobby was closed. Taped up a sign afterwards saying the lobby was closed. Food wasn't as fresh as other locations I've been to.Food: 4/5
Food was prompt and the associate was great. If you are on lunch and need to order ahead and pick up, this is not an option here. I was late getting back to work due to the lobby being closed.Food: 5/5

This location is frequently out of items. Often, their rice is really dry and gross. Today, I ordered chow mein and orange chicken. They said it was a 5 min wait for chow mein.. Which is fine. We waited. Then I get home and there's no chow mein in the container. Are you kidding me???? I work in food service also and I've really tried to be understanding with this restaurant but they never get orders right. And they forget the chow mein in my order that I waited for.
