Jan 9th, 2023 *** Great place to grub a quick bite !!! *** I came here late, around 8pm. The place was empty which is never a good sign. But I was hungry and decided to take a chance, got lucky. Had a barbacoa burrito. Decent size, the beef was tasty, all ingredients were fresh and tasty too. Kudos to all team members and the management! Special thanks to the girls who made my order, Sofia and Trinity. Very professional, they were attentive to all my requests. Definitely coming back whenever I’m in this area and recommending.
Great employees, I've been going here for over a year now! The place gets crowded at lunch and they handle it like champs. They almost never mess up my order, too. They messed it up yesterday, to the point where it was nothing like what I ordered. I can only assume they tossed my order slip and freestyled it? But it was rush hour and whoever freestyled it did so very well, it tasted great. Regardless, errors are rare enough that it isn't much of a concern. This was the odd situation out, and I wanted to compliment that employee's taste.
They didn’t close for 45 minutes, yet they had soapy water and chemicals out right by the food that was still being served. As one person was gathering and removing all the old rice that spilled down into the tray all day, someone else was hearing the tortilla and someone else was literally holding the burrito in her hand while she put rice and beans in it to keep it off the clean area. This resulted in the most minuscule amounts of rice and beans. They didn’t want to add more rice so the burrito was less than half the normal size and they were rude when I mentioned it, acting like they didn’t hear me. Apparently they don’t care what happens to the company they work for because I will not be back to this place.
The staff on New Year’s Day were fast, efficient, and polite. I took my food to go, every part of it was delicious and perfectly what I wanted. The new chicken al pastor is very tasty highly recommend!
The servers in this Chipotle are the rudest I have ever experienced. They scowled at us and acted as though they were doing us a favor. Also, when I headed for the restroom, one of the workers cut me off and rushed into the restroom ahead of me without saying a word. Just made sure she got there before me and literally cut me off. Never returning.
Catering order fail. Chipotle contracts catering delivery with door dash, so when half my order was missing, chipotle blamed door dash and door dash blamed chipotle. They offered to allow me to pick up the missing items, but refused to deliver. Not helpful, at all since I was hosting a party off-site. The food was fine, and I received a refund for the missing items, but I would never set up a catering order for delivery with this company again.
Whats not to love about Chipotle? This location always seems to be clean and ready to serve. We eat here ALOT. Keep it up.
I was starving after doing tiring errands and shopping all day with no lunch. It was after 9 pm and I was worried I wouldn’t find a place open to eat. When I drive up I was alarmed as all of the tables inside were already upside down in the tables and the floor was being mopped. I tried to call and see if they were open but the automated call system just kept asking me dumb questions. Finally I just parked and opened their door ti ask if I could still get dinner! It turned out they were just gung ho on getting ready to close! I bet other customers have just not bothered to go in. Also please teach your employees the ingredients so they can answer questions. And teach them what is gluten-free. My bowl was great. I am eating it while writing my review. Out on the patio on a warm summer night
The cashier said she could not TAP either of my debit cards. They are good, have cash on both. So I had to pay in cash. What’s that about?Recommended dishesBurrito Bowl
I walked in approx 7 pm. The first two people at the front seemed bored & disconnected. However the person at the register was pleasant. The store was clean & well lit.Food: 4/5
