Says theyre open on their website so drive 25 minutes out here and theres a note that says they open late doesnt even specify what time is this a joke ? This is no way to treat your customers management at this location should be Fired Immediately
Consistent poor service and management. Online orders are not ready 20 minutes after scheduled pickup time. Random items are missing from their online menu.
This Panda Express was the “most disgusting” one I have ever seen. My son and I were shopping last week and decided to grab a bite to eat. No one spoke to us and acted as though it was a burden to serve us. We ordered and when I got over to the register after I paid, I noticed how “ disgusting” the drink station was. Seriously sticky floors, drinks spilled all over and no lids for our cups. As we walked away the tables were filthy and unkept. We walked out and ate in the small food court. I regret eating there because I got super sick the next day. I know staffing is difficult but I’d rather wait to be served while watching the employees actually clean. If you can’t serve your customers in sanitary conditions then maybe shut down until you can.
Was here on 4/11 around 6:20 p.m and the line was out the door. There was only ONE employee serving while the other was nowhere to be found. Andrew did an amazing job at keeping his composure and helping us out but it took longer than it should have. Once the other employee came out from the backroom, he laughed and joked while Andrew continued to help the remaining people. I think his name was Covelle but it was the Kid with the glasses and a gold chain and was very unprofessional. Wont be coming back here when I shop on the weekend. Thanks Andrew! You were amazing!
Honestly the worst service I have consecutively recieved from any place EVER!!!! I would give zero stars but the only people actually doing their jobs here are the cooks because the food is good. Literally the rudest customer service you will ever get regardless of who is helping you, The girl couldn't even conjure a hello she is glared at me and this was after she really told a family in front of me That what was out was The only options because they were closing even though they didn't close for another 2 hours. Honestly save yourself the time and pain and just go to Tokyo Joe's next door

Terrible service, waited in line to order, had me order only to tell me at the register that they’re not accepting cards.
First off the people that work here are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They act like you are really bothering them by ordering and have horrible attitudes. Second, the food was disgusting. I got fried rice and broccoli beef and it was cold and tasteless. The spring rolls taste like mushy grease. They overcharged me also. Then when I asked for soy sauce she rolled her eyes and handed me 2 packets. Won't be back. They should really manage this store better. Gross!!
The staff here got to know me pretty well, because I went there every work break I had. As soon as they saw my face, they would jump on my regular order. Fast, accurate and friendly employees and the food is a bit better quality than others Pandas I've been to, I'm sure it has to do with the fact that it's at a mall. So, it never sits too long before more food has to be made. Overall a nice experience with everything!
The staff at the Cherry Creek Panda Express went above and beyond this Easter Sunday when DoorDash dropped the ball and were not able to deliver our catering order for the child residents of our mental health facility. The staff prepared food on a day when they would typically be closed, and a staff member personally delivered the food to our facility. That's amazing customer service, and we appreciate them immensely.
