Oriental-style buffet that is tasty, quick, and clean. 

This location is convenient on the way out of town... At high traffic times a left turn back into town is difficult, but there are work-around. 

Their standard "bowl" serving is about 65% rice and 35% entre. I'd like an option/upgrade to reverse the ratio.

I am a truck driver and I eat at quite a few panda express across United States I actually live here in Muscatine and this is one of the worst panda express is I have ever eaten at!!  The food is like it has been in the warmer for quite some time, the people are always on their cell phones, and while on their phones they are dishing up your food without washing hands I will never eat at this panda express again nor will my family!!  Highly disappointed!!

I like eating here but I just was told the orange chicken would be a 5 minute wait, to pull up front and it would be brought out to me. After 10 minutes my fiance went in to see what was taking so long. They didn't even have my order apparently. And I had paid. So I probably won't be going back.

I come here every week and this will be the last time that I eat here, this place never have any food ready, always have to wait for them to cook it
