I called the restaurant because my food was 15 minutes late. The website clearly states that is would 45 minutes for delivery. So, I call, the not so intellegent girl who answered the phone was very rude and had a very smart mouth. She said to stop listening to the website.... guess what people sue over stuff like that. They need to hire better help and make their website more current. Also, hire folks that have a bit of good customer service. Maybe that will help the ratings.... maybe not.

I walked in right after the place opened and there was still a cart full of last night's dirty dishes sitting near the register. The tables were sticky. I ordered sweet tea which was unpalatably sugary, and "Dragon and Phoenix" and got what amounted to a pile of chicken nuggets slathered in some kind of sweet & sour sauce. I hope I don't get sick. At least the woman at the register was polite.

Been ordering from them for a while. Their food is never soaked in its own grease, (Panda Palace, I'm looking at you.) and the other places I can't honestly say. Good food, always cooked thoroughly and in general good service. The building they're situated in is definitely in need of some TLC. HOWEVER, if you can ignore the (last I knew) dilapidated face of their building, you'll get some good food. 8/10 - Would eat again!

Pictures don't look like the food at all. When I called they said they wouldnt switch it out for me because I took a bite. Figured I'd try it but it didn't even taste good. Very irritating to say the least.

The orange chicken and sesame chicken dishes tasted exactly the same-- but the sesame chicken did have sesame seeds on it. Fried rice was a yellow color. That's it. No extras (like eggs). Fried donuts were delicious, but sugar was hardened (thrown in box, not sprinkled). If I was hungry for Chinese I would eat there again. Maybe.
