Every time I am assisted by Alyssa it is an amazing experience. She is very knowledgeable about the newest charms and trends. She always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond to make sure I have made a great choice in my purchases before leaving. I recommend Alyssa for any first timer walking into Pandora; she's so easy to talk to.

I Just want to say that I had an amazing experience with Miss Lindsey today. She was so friendly, and so approachable, and still gave me fantastic service even though she knew I was not buying anything today. I came in not knowing much about the bracelets and I wanted my husband to purchase one for me for my birthday in January, so I came in the store to see which bracelet, and even though Miss Lindsey knew I was not buying anything she took at least 15 minutes out of her time to show me about how you need the clips, and then even showed me how to clean it with the care kit, and helped me to learn more about the jewelry. She then proceeded to give me her card, and asked me personally to come back when I am ready, and I willl definitely be doing so, please keep hiring people like her, and the rest of the hard working staff you have, so classy, each and every one of you guys. Thank you for my first pandora experience!

Millicent is absolutely the best salesperson. She is very profressional and extremely talented and listens to what her customer wants. She is not a pushy salesperson but knows how to sell her product. When I return to Daytona next spring I will return to Pandora but only want to be served by Millicent.

I had such a wonderful shopping experience purchasing my first bracelet. Millicent was so helpful and had the friendliest personality. She recognized us and remembered our names, which to me was nice. She knows her jewelry and her customers.

Millicent was great! She cleaned my pandora bracelets in the cleaning machine and then went the extra mile to finish cleaning with a cleaning cloth! She is a great asset to Pandora Jewelry! Great job and she is truly a keeper!!! Excellent customer service!
