I feel compelled to write a review with highest regards to one of the consultants by the name of Robert. My girlfriend and I went into Reeds on a day off to look around, and he did an incredible job of showing watches, rings, and anything else we may have been interested in. Not only did he have extensive knowledge on the entire inventory, he also made great recommendations to us. Both the watch I had purchased for myself, as well as the ring for my girlfriend were pieces he selected that we would have overlooked otherwise. Without him, we surely would have walked out empty handed. Robert was very passionate speaking of Reeds Jewelers and how they care incredibly more so for their customers than other large jewelery retailers. He certainly displayed this. It was a pleasure working with Robert, Reeds is a very unique jeweler, and I look forward to continuing my business here. Thanks so much.

Go see Robert at Volusia County mall.  This man has excellent customer service skills!  He helped me and called me back multiple times to assist with there being nothing in it for him (sales).  He just wanted to make my life easier so I wouldn’t have to drive from Orlando to Daytona.  Thanks again

I just ordered online and received jewelry in a zip lock bag!! I know they have different locations, Not sure which store did this, but customer service was extremely rude and difficult to deal with. They rather have the order returned than pay shipping back to them! What? They lost a good custome. I'm sure the owner would not like that they returned several items than pay shipping back for their incompetence. The way they shipped the jewelry and dealt with the issue shows there lack of care for customers and unprofessional conduct.

Update they did fix it, overnighted back new jewelry and in the correct packaging. had to get a supervisor, but it ended up corrected.

I went to Reeds and I was able to find the perfect Christmas gift for my husband. The manager Robert Merritt recommended some and helped me pick the best match. Great experience and service. Thank you so much!
