My boyfriend bought me a ring there for our one year anniversary at the end of July, after a few weeks some of the jewels fell out. In addition to the jewels falling out, it got caught in my hair while driving so I pulled over to untangle it and it bent. We went into the store the week before Labor Day and they told us they could only replace it because of the jewels that fell out, not because of the bend (which was fine), so we waited over a week with no phone call. He called them and they SOLD my ring that they were supposed to keep for me, so then they had to reorder it. They called us this past Monday to come pick it up so today we went in to get it. Once we got there, we realized they had ordered the wrong size, but luckily they had mine in the store. The lady gave me the ring and then took mine and told me that she could not send back my ring which would mean that he would have to buy the same one he had already paid for AND it had come with a lifetime warranty. They basically told us we were out of luck unless he wanted to pay ANOTHER $100 ☺️

My mother recommended pandora to me while I was on a hunt for gifts for my bridal party. I went to pandora unsure about their products but left VERY safisitifed. The staff was very informative and patient with me ( I was so indecisive). They helped me pick out beautiful pieces for each of the girls in my wedding. The girls were so friendly and made me feel welcomed, I will be returning for more gifts!

The manager at this store was the most disrespectful retail agent I have ever met at any store whatsoever. My mother was asking simple questions and the store manager refused to be of any help, just simply saying that we weren't worth her time and there was nothing she would ever be able to do, and not to return. I would recommend buying jewelry at any place before this, at least if you want to be treated with any respect.
