Staff was helpful and polite. Helped me find a chain to replace the one my baby snapped. Plus they had a sale going on so got the chain for cheap.

Went in Wednesday to have a ring resized and polished. Got the ring back on Monday the following week. I was totally expecting to get the ring back in about two weeks. Very professional, and prompt with their service. Will be buying the wedding rings from them. Highly recommended.

My 20 year old diamond band broke, I went to several pawn shops, gold buyers, to only be offered $35 as they were not interested in the diamonds. My heart was broken. How was I going to replace my ring, on a tight budget?? I walked into the Castle, never doing any kind of trading or bartering before. Told the sales girl I wanted to walk out with a ring and in my price range. She gave me a quote and said if I purchased there I would get almost double the dollar amount, after trying on rings for about 2 hours, I made my purchase, they really went beyond Care and patience with me. And sized it for free!! What! Free! They said it may take about 5 days to get me ring,, it was done in 2. I went to the Mall jewelry store they were asking  double to what I paid, for the same ring.. They do offer 30 guarantee. I recently went back and took some broken gold chains in and got a beautiful wrap for my 24 year old engagement ring. I will go back. I was leary at first, I did research, and went to several large end Jewelry Stores to get a snobby treatment,, I am happy with my purchase and Service.  Rhonda

I wrote a review on Google about how displeased I was with the customer service and quality of jewelry at The Castle about three weeks ago.  And now it is gone.  Imagine that.  Do not shop at the Castle, the jewelry they sell is damaged and extremely flawed and the customer service is lacking.  If you do buy here, be vary wary of the "no refunds" policy.  It is a very shady jewelry store that does not offer a refund on the pieces they sell.  It tells me that they have problems with people wanting to keep the items they buy.
