Horrible customer service. I tried to return a Pandora charm and  they were very rude and mistook the L charm for a J charm even though there is a very distinct difference in the two when I later looked them up online. They were absolutely no help and very rude. I would stick to shopping online rather than go to this store.

This Pandora shines from all the rest! They have great customer service and take care of their guests to ensure they leave with a great experience! Have been to other locations in the surrounding area and they do not compare. Visit Deer Park for the Pandora experience you deserve when buying your jewelry!
