Loved it here, my fiance and I just got done having my custom engagement ring designed and they were super helpful and did everything they could to get me exactly what I wanted while still being able to afford it. Thank you so much to Loretta and Raelle. They were super sweet and I loved the vibe. I'll always remember where I got my ring and who was there and I'm glad it was a very pleasant and memorable moment. Can't wait to go back for the approval and try some of Loretta's famous banana cake!

Adam was awesome to work with. He helped my wife and I select the PERFECT diamond and used his expertise to guide us every step of the way. Best of all, he helped us stick within our budget and exceeded our expectations. The jewelers were fantastic, and the end-result is stunning. Amazing Experience! Adam was extremely helpful and nice and provided great customer service. Tina was amazing as well and showed me the best collection in a reasonable amount. Highly Recommended!

We want to thank the management at Jared Trish,Steve and the rest of the staff at the Vernon hills store. Trish kept us informed and helped us all along the way until our custom purchase was finalized,she was amazing to work with. We want to thank the staff and Roman for creating a special moment.

Adam was the sales person that helped my wife and I. I can’t recommend Adam enough! He was so helpful teaching us everything we needed to know about custom making a new Ring for my wife. He was patient. Got us a good deal and made amazing recommendations. If you’re looking for any kind of jewelry whether it’s $150 or $10,000 this is place to go and Adam is the man you want to see. Thanks Adam!
