Prompt service. I really liked the table set up. I am going back to school and there were enough areas where I could focus on work privately, and at the same time, have enough light, wifi, and ambiance to stay for a while. Food was good. Just gets crowded at times during the afternoon and can get a little noisy in the high traffic times. But that would be the case anywhere. Worth a try for students and business people.

The kiosk ordering or mobile ordering works quite well and the food is ready to go within 10 min or so. It's a convenient, nutritious option for quick family dinner.

Every.single.time I order on the website for pick up, they are missing one or two items. This has happened like six times in the last few months. This is the closest to my office so kind of hard to switch up Panera’s.

Too many school kids, it seems they were all there for lunch. I guess Paul the Sixth must not have a place to eat. Had to get food to go, no place to sit since each table had high school kids doing homework at it. This was at lunch, same thing happens when school is out. We will not be going there again.

I ordered a grilled cheese from this location for rapid pick up. After bringing the bag home, I opened it up to see that the bread was toasted but the two slices of cheese were completely cold and unmelted. It wasn’t even melted around the edges of the sandwich so I’m not sure how you can serve that and call it a grilled cheese. I ordered rapid pick up because I did not have time to wait in the store so I can thank the employee who served two slices of cold cheese on toast for me not having lunch that day.
