I love Panera but this location is closest to my home and I love stopping by for some delicious, fresh food. Warm, quiet restaurant that makes you feel at home and thank you to the hard working staff especially Todd. Tables and floors are always clean and he is a very nice employee at this location. Thank you to the hard working staff here!

Always good food. But have to change my rating as of lately. I understand portion control is probably a standard, but these sandwiches are getting pretty sad. Very dissapointed with this steak and cheddar sandwich. Two small pieces of meat with all this bread. Shameful and a waste of money.

I never get tired of going to Panera and this location is no different than what I have experienced at any of the other many Paneras I have eaten at.

While visiting the store with my husband this past Saturday The most disturbing interaction took place with the General Manager, Mary Marks. My husband and I were looking over the pastries that were in the case and she was there and was the only person behind the counter  and our first line of customer service. She stood there and said nothing but walked away without acknowledging our presence after we all 3 were there for at least 2-3 min. How does the GM have such poor customer service and lead a team. After she walked away without saying a word a gentleman by the name of Max walked out and I asked if she was the GM and he responded yes. I asked is it customary the GM's dont speak to customer? I then continued to ask is it because she doesnt like black people? I lastly asked is this the reason why there were no black people on staff? We were going to still buy something using our legal tendered money but decided to go where our business was greatly appreciated. And to think I actually like Panera, but this one can save the smug environment for others. POOR POOR POOR LEADERSHIP, MARY YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOR SUBMITTING GOOD CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES TO YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Drive to Middleburg Hts. On 2 separate occasions I've been disappointed. Once hair in my sandwich the other wilted lettuce. It costs too much to be disappointed.
