Put my order in at 11:55. 1210 rolls around still don't have my order...whatever no big deal they're busy I understand. Walked up to the counter my pager goes off, cool my foods ready. It wasn't. I waited around for another ten mins manger asks do I need something I say ya my food, he apologizes and said he'll bring it over. 1230 rolls around still no food i ordered a salad with grilled chicken that's it. Go up to the counter again ask for my food again they have no idea where it is and don't even believe me I ordered anything at this point I feel. It's just about 1245 still no food, show my receipt and just ask for my money back. I hate to complain but really all i wanted was my food i paid for. I wish you guys luck but I won't be coming back.

Been getting the broccoli cheddar soup here since I was around 5, highly recommend it. The coffee is better than Dunkin donuts (more or less any coffee is) and the passion fruit green tea is amazing. They are trying out drive through at one location, but they still haven't gotten the hang it yet. Love it though!

Fresh salads and sandwiches. Great place for bagels too. The quick pick up works great. Order at home...it's ready on 10 mins.

I've frequented this Panera many times due to the convenient location; however, I consistently get inconsistent portion sizes and erroneous orders. Staff is moving too fast and is not capable of providing a meal as ordered 100% of the time (or even 50%, in my experience). With two other locations nearby, I blame myself for having waited this long to swear them off. I recommend visiting the new location on Evergreen instead.

This location is busy and for good reason, good food and good service. Lately it's apparent staff turn over is constant at the registers. Some like tonight could care less if we came in or not and it shows right at the start of ordering. If my wife wasn't with me, I would have left and gone else where. I will be calling the manager tomorrow since their normal customer survey wasn't available on their site tonight. The management should do a better job training and/or deciding who they hire. Attitude was terrible and makes me angry she was actually getting paid. Hopefully it isn't more than the state's min. wage. 5 stars for food.1 star for register personnel at least for tonight.
