Went through drive through and my order was wrong. Was able to catch the issue before I grabbed it because the window lady repeated my order to me before paying. The manager stepped in and due to the issue I had my meal covered! I wasn’t upset and am understanding so totally didn’t expect that! I have been a manger of other restaurants for the past 6 years and I was impressed with Panera caring about my experience that much. Thank you and good job!

They have a new sandwich called the chipotle chicken avocado melt, and it is my new favorite! Paired with a bowl of soup for a great lunch. Delicious.

People here are really rude and clueless. Gave my order and the older cashier Robin had a chip on her shoulder and was completely rude. When I complained to the manager Alex she was unprofessional and clueless. After notifying the manager the older lady robin kept glaring at me and my friend and truly made things very awkward for us. They really do have poor staffing at this location.

Excellent experience! The price is fair for the huge portion. The atmosphere was great, staff was very friendly. The manager on duty, I believe her name is Alexandria, she was very attentive and friendly!

Worst customer service ever. Bunch of students who only think of themselves. Dont care about their customers. Only care about how Joshua almost ruined their day and that he always tries to do that. Nothing but gossipy kids. Will go to Jasons Deli or Jimmy Johns for now on. If i could, i would give a 1/4 star.
