To be fair, the food here is fine. The issue I have is that the staff and music are trying WAY too hard to be hip. The place has the charm of an airport food court, so they need to be realistic about what's offered. It isn't the right place for me. That said, I hope that other people continue to like it so that other places are a bit less crowded.

If I could give less than one star I would. I went on my birthday to the drive thru, as it was my first time there, I simply asked a few questions about the menu. I was told "you should know the menu by now, you said you had a salad" My grandson has brought me food from their before, I however have never been. I was simply trying to describe the salad to the worker. In hopes she would be able to point out the name of it. After which i was accused of being a liar. As I was able to pick out something. I drive to the window and start to pull out my wallet. When I realized it wasn't in my back pocket I remembered that It was in the center console. As I began to reach for it the worker tells me I should have had it ready with all the time I wasted ordering. Having never been spoken to like this at an eatery I was appalled. In an attempt to avoid confrontation I drove off. As I see no reason to spend my hard earn money at a place that disrespects its customers. My grandson who has had similar moments called their corporate line and was met with genuine concern and assured that they would be informing the district manager and GM. That they would do training to insure this will never happen again. I hope this is the case. They also gave a $10 gift card and a dessert to celebrate my birthday.

Went through and ordered 2 cobblestone muffins and a smoothie around 4pm for my kids. I didn't expect super fresh muffins at 4pm. My kids ate a muffin and a half then I tried the muffin and it tasted like plastic. I called to see how the muffins were stored bc if they we're stored in plastic wrap that can explain it sometimes. The manager didn't seem very concerned or apologetic that they tasted gross. Maybe my fault for ordering muffins at 4pm, I just expected slightly stale not a nasty after taste. Won't do that again.

Always a good meal. Staff is friendly, food is prompt. Good luck so far getting a seat each visit.

Newest location around this area... not cheap but as far as I can tell very high quality food and a large selection of meal customization possible (using their app or web site). If you're trying to lose some weight, for something in their grilled chicken salad range. Also, the steak arugula sandwich is low on calories but high on taste (check their nutritional information guide).
