Shittiest Panera ever. Went to get two salads to go. Didn't realize until we got home one of the salads was missing chicken and we didn't get one of the side apples. When we drove all the way back to get the chicken added on they handed us the apple since they already knew what we came back for and didn't even apologize. And the new salad we got was missing cheese. Added a whole hour to our very busy night and already stressful week since we are getting married in a few days and our microwave just broke so we can't reheat any of our meals. Was just looking for quick healthy meal but instead got inconvenience and a very bad experience. Will not be returning.

The food is what you would expect from the national chain, but the decor and cleanliness of this particular restaurant was a little less than average. The staff were very friendly though, and helped us carry our food to our table since we had a large order. When I asked for extra condiments, the were also very obliging.

I went This morning to Panera Bread 3463 E Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32803 and guess what they have now this disgusting animal inside of the store. please be careful you could get an infection i will never go there again

Worst Panera I've been to which I didn't think was possible considering I have never had an issue at multiple locations. I go to Panera a few times a week.  First off the staff was friendly which is a plus. They screwed up my order and gave me half a sandwich instead of a whole and this was quickly fixed after I pointed it out. However the sandwich bread was stale! The crust was literally rock hard, also the second half they made quickly was noticeably 'lighter' then the first half(less meat & veggies). Will not return to this location.

First time visiting Panera Bread and to be honest I think it will be the last time. Staff is extremely friendly, specially Isabel she is great. I give it 2 starts not for the condition itself but for the prices, I could have eaten much more food in other restaurants for the same price. I got a cheese sandwich that literally i wouldn't pay 50 cents for it cause it looks exactly like the ones I do at my house. But anyways there is always a first time for everything and a last time. The location was pretty clean, just didn't like the condition of the restroom. But anyways when u visit this location look for Isabel, she is the best staff member you going to find there.
