I had the Spicy Thai Salad with Chicken.  So delicious and it checks off all my healthy check marks.  My friend had the Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken and raved about how great it was as well. Delicious and healthy. Great to see such good food at an American quick serve restaurant.  I am a new Panera Bread convert and will definitely be coming back here more often.

It was wonderful! I arrived after the lunch crowd. Placed my order and found a counter seat. Before I could plug in my laptop my food was ready! The soup and bread were just enough to satisfy. I then worked crossword puzzles till my laptop and iPhone went through the backup process. Then it was time for a little dessert. A muffin filled the bill!

If I reviewed Panera 2 years ago, it would have clearly gotten 5 stars, however a few things have changed with the quality of some of the menu items. 

First, the hot chocolate with the  chocolate chip marshmallows are the most legit thing in the world. The main quality issue for me is the Italian sandwich, the meat tastes so processed it feels and tastes like bologna to me. 

I also have no idea what to think about their kids menu. My sister ordered a roasted turkey sandwich for my almost 4 year old niece. My niece took one bite, ran to the trash can, spit it out, and started gagging, when we asked what's wrong, she said, "It's so bad." Is my niece dramatic, yes. How many kids eat cabbage slaw, julienned carrots, turkey, and apples on a sandwich? No idea, but I've never seen such an elaborate option for a kid menu- and the sandwich is called the seasonal roasted turkey.

In short, I can find things to eat here, but it's hit or miss these days.

Last three times made mistakes in my order.Twice they forgot to give me bread with my 1/2 cup of soup.Terrible place.We won't go there again.

Always excellent service and fresh, good food that is consistent. They make it all look effortless yet on the rare occasion when there is an error with my order, they correct it immediately. Very refreshing!
