General Manager Kelsey treated me terribly and was unable to solve my problem. I am infuriated, hurt, and feel robbed. I will NEVER go to this restaurant again and would discourage others from doing so. HORRIBLE Customer Service. I felt CONSISTENTLY DISREGARDED, TEASED, SHUT DOWN, and IGNORED by this store. I have had 4 problems to date with this Panera Bread over the last 5 months and EVERY single time I DID NOT get the help I needed. Not only were they not able to solve my problem, but I received NO COMFORT OR SERVICE AT ANY LEVEL from the managers in regards to my frustration with the problem. TODAY (2/13/18). I ordered online for delivery (the second time I've done so -- worked fine last time). My online order wasn't able to get processed for delivery so I called the store. I work at an office, I am VERY stressed and have more work than I can handle, which is why I ordered delivery. So I could work and eat at the same time while taking half of my lunch to relax. They kept me on the phone for 15 minutes and I received NOTHING. In total, I wasted 30 minutes trying to order food from them and I got hung up with no order, no help, no comfort, no food, no nothing. I was left with "There's no need to cus and I'm sorry I can't help you". Regardless of my language (One word at the end of the call, btw), I should have been listened to and taken care of. How is it that there is NO other way to get me food for delivery other than your failing online system that you tell me is working fine even though it is not working on my end. You tell Me to call your IT people to fix the problem!? THAT IS NOT MY JOB. You don't even offer to take my order and ask if I can pick it up even though I mentioned I'm not that far from you. You simply kept telling me to "refresh my page" "try the app". I work for a web development firm that also creates web and mobile apps and I TRIED EVERYTHING. I spoke to one employee who said they would get a manager, put me on hold, came back on the phone (same person), told me the same thing, said they would put me on with a manager. Someone new came on the phone, spoke and put me on hold to get the general manager (mind you that's already who I thought I was speaking with), she then came back on the phone again, then told me she needed the GM and put me on hold AGAIN. NOW the GM FINALLY comes on the phone. She treated me terrible (something I didn't feel with the other two employees) and she offered no help, comfort or service. She was speaking only to get me off her phone. They are INCAPABLE of fair customer service to all of their customers. I have probably gotten 40+meals here since I began working in Avon in May. I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY TREAT THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS THIS WAY. I had an issue with their online ordering before where I couldn't place an order for pickup. I called to place it over the phone (after spending 10 minutes online) and I was told they could take the order but I would have to be put on hold for about 15 minutes before they could take it. HERE'S THE POINT: It is obvious that the MANAGEMENT and CULTURE is VERY BROKEN here at this store. THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF GETTING YOU THE FOOD YOU WANT EVEN IF YOU PAY FOR IT. THEY HAVE NO BACKUPS FOR THEIR ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM IN PLACE.Their managers disregard customer problems and simply give you the "corporate customer service phone" treatment...even when you are calling the main store. I am disgusted by this store and will be going to a higher corporate place to complain. If anyone has any information on getting heard it's greatly appreciated. I feel that my time, money, and spirits were robbed today.

Came in 20 mins before close, was given attitude by employees Sam, Megan, and Dale. As I was sitting in my car arranging my food and bag they kept waving at me in a very sarcastic manner. Very disapointed.

went tonight and my friend bought a smoothie. employees were talking rudely about us and we could hear it, and when we left and sat in the car, because they were closing soon and didn’t want to keep them waiting to close, they waved rudely at us, almost sarcastically. it was very rude and i wouldn’t doubt if they spit in my friend’s drink either. very immature.
