I have always loved the Panera Bread Restaurants in Michigan. Here in Florida the sandwiches seem to be skimpy. Probably better for bikini weather, but the atmosphere here seems cold and not as enthusiastic as in Kalamazoo. How does one achieve cozy comfy? I say the layout here is too oblong and distance to the hubs of excitement, like the bakery and sandwich prep and order area are too far apart.

My sister and I stopped there 1 hour ago for a lunch. They gave me two sandwiches instead of a sald and a sandwich. They wanted to charge my sister double for dessert even though it should have been $0.99 for the cookie with a meal. They insisted on charging her a $1.99. She went to McDonald's next door and got three of the same cookies for a dollar. This is after the store manage manager waited on her and through her change at her through the air. If Panera wants to check that or try and sue me they can check their video we kept the receipts and the transaction number. Aside from that my meal was very good. One of the managers did come over and apologize saying they had a lot of trainees. I'm sorry that's not good enough.

Food always good There were 7in our party Had soup salads and sandwiches. Everyone happy. Small plate/tray makes it difficult to manage food, drink, napkins etc Had to take a trip back to station.

Ordered the Tomato Mozzarella Flatbread and it was AMAZING! DELICIOUS! Ingredients were well distributed through the flatbread. Not doing this is one of my biggest pet peeves; showing lack of professionalism and half-assed work. So, Thank you!
