James was the best delivery driver I could ask for. I live in an apartment complex and let him know via the comment section while placing an order that I would need to meet at the front office since I am in the clubhouse doing homework. He called me as soon as he parked at the front office and asked me where I’d like to meet him. I walked outside and met him near his car at some seating the apartment complex has outside the front office. He was very polite, friendly, smiling, and overall had a good energy. I will be definitely ordering again from your location.

Clean and friendly but desserts weren't that tasty or fresh. Iced coffee was good, but I had to go get ice for my iced coffee at one section and then another section for sugar and cream. Layout isn't very well designed. Great place for group meetings and nice selections of a variety of seating.

All the Panera greats with THE most awesome and friendly staff ever! This place is always impeccably clean, even when it's full. Mostly it's the people who work there. Wonderful genuine real customer service! First five star I've ever given!!

I personally believe Panera is great but could be better. For me, it's hard being vegan because they don't specifically list vegan things, just "plant based" and vegetarian. Lately, they have gotten better and have two seasonal broth bowls that are reeeeally good. In one of those broth bowls, "vegan" is in it's name. But even with that, for a bigger variety of vegan food you actually have to google it to view customization options. But, yes. Most people aren't vegan. With that in mind, I gave it a high review because the food is healthy and delicious. They offer delivery, which they do mess up pretty often, but when that happens, just call them and they actually will redo it and send another on to you. The people there are nice. If they ever mess up in the store, they fix it fast. Going there is fun and there is a wide variety of great drinks. The pastries there taste good and, if I wasn't vegan (and if I was rich), I would buy the entire bakery. It's that good.

Always a great meal.  Clean restaurant.  Fast service.  Drinks are always delicious.   And they are changing up the menu  again.   I always look forward to new things from Panera!!  Keep impressing me!!!
