Their food is good but their Mountain Dew always seems to taste flat for some reason. I recommend something else if you go here. The Dr Pepper tasted ok. So that is what I am going to get here going forward.

Food is good most of the time, when your order is correct that is. Employees are not as friendly as one would prefer the workers at an establishment to be and you get the vibe that you shouldn't make your order too complicated or complain about anything because they wouldn't think twice about wiping their rears with the tortilla designated to be used for your order if you do, or ask for them to re make anything if it is cold or wrong. I don't suggest using the drive-thru if at all possible, because the probability of you getting the correct food items you ordered drops significantly and so does the chance they will replace a dropped tortilla instead of just picking it up and continuing to prepare it for you. All in all, the only negative aspect of this establishment is the attitude of the employees.

Customer service at this location is outstanding. Went thru the drive thru the other night and a young man named Andrew impressed us enough to fill out the online survey! Professional, courteous, patient, extremely detail oriented! Great job Taco Bell Jax Beach!!! Keep up the good work. Our order is always right and fresh here also :)

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 4 different times. And the lady got my order wrong all 4 times.
