This place always has good food and a clean staff / building. The soups, breads, salads, and bake goods here are top notch. However, the food seems slightly overpriced when it is compared to the serving size / meals served at other restaurants.

Go elsewhere. I visited this Panera Bread May 13th 2018 and they are so rude. I ordered my usual steak and arugula sandwhich to go with some modifications. 1] being no combo sauce just horseradish. However there was combo sauce under the cheese. 2] being fresh mozzarella which is not the cheese I got. Now I ordered to go so I double checked that my order was correct. It wasnt correct so I went back up to the pick up station to have it fixed, when i went up there the girl looked at me and said "What do you want?" Now typically Im okay with a little bit of rude behavoir but she said this with such attitude I was taken back. I showed the girl my sandwhich and told her how there was the combo sauce and the 0 fresh mozzarella. She looked said oh thats my fault. Took the sandwhich to her station, simply rewrapped it up, put it on the counter next to me and said "its not wrong. Thats horseradish" And simply walked away. Not even mentioning the fresh mozeralla. Ive ordered this sandwhich for years and always get the same things on it. I know when the sandwich isnt what i ordered and I know what horseradish sauce is verus combo sauce. However because she walked away I decided to live with it. I love Panera Bread but NO NOT visit this store your better off going elsewhere. I wasted 11$ on a sanwhich that wasnt right and couldnt spent way less. Im not happy about it and wont be back after this service.

I was hung up on by both managers, Deandre and Stephanie when trying to place an order for our office at Notre Dame. They told me they didn’t want my business because I was trying to place an order for 5 individuals. Never going to order from here again. I called corporate and filed a complaint, so hopefully the DM handles this and lets poor management go. I’ve never had an experience quite like this.

Ordered a chicken salad sandwich. Before I left with it at the counter I spotted a long black hair wrapped in the sandwich. I said something and they brought it back out quickly but with about a teaspoon of chicken salad on it. So I don't know if they scraped off the part with hair or what but there was nothing to my $7 sandwich. Then my husband was waiting on his sandwich, watched whoever made it drop it on the floor and put it back on the plate!! My husband went over and told the lady who got the sandwich that it had been dropped. Just another chain...too expensive for too little.

As a person with food allergies, I really appreciate the extra lengths the employees go to to be sure I have a good experience every time!
