Taco bell is always great but this one is the best! They made all the food i ordered correctly and nice and neat! Only they forgot 4 of my nacho cheese!

I can't speak for the drive through experience because I usually dine in here. I assume the positive reviews must be from drive through customers, or possibly at other times of the day when a different shift of people is working.

If you are dining in, be prepared to wait 5+ minutes for a crew member to come to the counter, and then be prepared to wait another 15+ minutes to receive your food. The wait at the counter is bad enough usually that people waiting in line just end up leaving and heading somewhere else. The tables in the dining area are also regularly dirty with food scraps and food trash. Overall, not a great experience.

I would recommend visiting either of the fast food burger places in the area over this Taco Bell if you are in a hurry or want a clean seating area. The food isn't half bad, but they seem to constantly understaff, especially in the afternoon and evenings when I have gone there.

Usually good food quality, but always very slow drive through.  The last 2 times I have been through the drive through, they have gotten my order 100% wrong, and it was either only me or one other person in the drive through line both times. Pretty frustrating!

I liked the food - it's Taco Bell; I think everyone knows what to expect here. The lower star rating is for how long it took at the drive thru! There was only 1 car in front of us when we pulled in. We ordered literally 6 tacos and we were in line 20 minutes! Idk what took so long but they didn't even apologize for being slow. While waiting, we could see inside and I don't think people inside we're getting served any faster either. If you're in a hurry, don't go to this Taco Bell!

A trip to this Taco Bell is always great! The people are friendly and the food is delicious and they give you good portions. 🌮🌯 This is one of the best Taco Bell locations in South Bend!! 👍👍
