I ordered a rapid that said it would be done at 2:13. I sat in the restaurant and even heard the employees announce there was a rapid at the time mine was done. No one put it out. After about ten minutes i walk up to the line and ask for my food. The guy hands it to me, it’s missing a food item. I then had to wait another ten minutes to get someone to acknowledge me and give me my missing food item.

Ah. Wow. Ah. Love the changes Panera has made in its food quality. This place had a weird vibe but we risked it. Went to get drinks, mold all over the ice machine. Wife’s pregnant so if she got sick I wanted a photo of cleanliness of place. One of the juices was expired. Panera employee runs over and says I can’t take photos in Panera. I’ve taken and shared my photos of its great food for years. He said it’s been a weekly issue he’s reported and they haven’t fixed. So a ton of people are drinking dirty ice? He said they would have to confiscate my property and delete the photos. I asked for the manager and manager said I could take photos and walked away. I asked the guy to just clean the machine. Manager refunded my drinks. The parent company just had a health control issue didn’t they? Gross. Clean up the joint. Literally never been attacked by staff like that before.

Gross location. Careless staff, drink machines moldy and the blood orange lemonade tasted plain old. One of the girls at the register was not rude but wasn’t pleasant and had dirty fingernails. This location needs more TLC

Is a beautiful restaurant, nice decoration, tables insidevandboutside, the neighborhood is beautiful, you can eat looking trees and sky or the nice decoration inside. The rest is located in a mall with a big parking lot and others stores to visit. If was helping to you please push 👍.

I ordered a simple egg and cheese bagel. After paying for it I was told there were no Moore eggs before 11am. The poor girl at the register went to get help over a dozen times and the mgr never showed. meanwhile the line grew longer and not one person came to the other register to assist. She was stranded waiting for the mgr. I heard all these egg order that were done the gy before me received his egg order. I ordered a crescent but the girl couldn't adjust would boss. The line continued to grow out the door. They were hot mad and still nothing. 20 minutes later I left with a cup and crescent. I wanted to relax at a table but opted to leave because my time was wasted and my appointment around the corner. This was not the register girls fault as she was kind...but the rest of the crew too lazy to help.
