We were able to walk right in and be seated. The host and waiter we most courteous and pleasent... they even accepted an outdated coupon we had brought for dessert (about an $8.00). The food arrived quickly and was hot. And delicious... a perfect steak. We definitely will be back.

Tables dirty, long wait to have a server come to take care of you (let alone a hostess welcome you). Fresh, homemade food? Yeah. They used the same shredded cheese I buy at Wal-Mart in the potato soup I ordered today (March 25), and the sweet potatoes impossible to digest. Definitely my last Outback experience. This one was at 10933 N Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens.

Outback is one of my top ten restaurants for tasty food. The price is mid-range, nothing is below ten bucks, but their most expensive dish was around $30 if I remember correctly. The server was great, the food was tasty (I ordered a philly cheese steak sub), and I didn't spend more than $60 for me and my date. (And she ordered the rib eye steak)

I travel extensively across the country and this Outback has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The host and or hostess has no personality, nor does anybody in the entire building. Don't even try to order something with special instructions as they will get it wrong every time. We have tried twice with dismally results. The manager shows no empathy and did not even apologize. I normally do not write reviews, however I felt compelled to do so. Thank You!
