Easy in and out as a sips member. Many choices for drinks including coffee, iced coffee, hot tea, iced tea, carbonated drinks and other caffeinated be beverages. A good number of food choices from sandwiches, soups and salads. There is also flat bread pizzas. Portions are good and filling. I like the ability to choose chips or an apple as a side.
I made an order through Uber eats. Some of my order was missing. I called the Wayne location to speak with the manager Francisco. I was hoping that someone could help me out. I had food in front of me with no utensils that i asked for and my side. . This was at 4:20 pm. He said for me to call after 8 pm. He is a horrible leader with poor customer service skills. I hope for his termination. Ordering food out is expensive. I should’ve been acknowledged.
People at the night shift was rude. I ordered a bread bowl and they never put that in the bag so i asked that i ordered a bowl with my mac and cheese and they just threw it at me. Its so disrespectful i never had a problem here until last night. Vegetarian options: There's options for. Vegan people to eat or drink Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp for people in wheelchairs
This Panera is always busy probably because it is so close to Willowbrook mall. However, despite the chaos, the service is fast and my orders are usually correct. They have a manager who reads off your order along with all your customizations at lightning speed. It's quite fun to see and entertaining. No other Panera has ever had the server do that before.
So we went here for lunch today. It’s amazing that I am still hungry after I spent $30 for two lunches. The veg soup was actually pretty good. I also had 1/2 caprese sandwich one of the few vegetarian options she had some chicken soup and sandwich which she enjoyed. We waited a good 5 min and our order was brought to our table. We ate our lunch and enjoyed our conversation.
Cant lie I LOVE coming to this joint. Service is quick and the kiosk is convenient! The food is 10/10 and the bread is so good! i recommend the GREEN TEA i will be back... although every time i go a homeless man seems to ask me for money. i try to say yes but it makes me feel terrible when i go. I dont regret it though, the mac n cheese bread bowl hits different every. single. time!
One of the better run Panera in my opinion and I go to a lot of Panera throughout the state. The manager is really managing this place well. He also reads the order to you before he serves it. He reads it really fast and he is quite serious about making sure your order is correct. The coffee here is always hot and I never had to complain about it.
Their juices and food are decent. Friendly staff and they bring out the food pretty fast.
A little dirty. If they would clean the tables it would be a much better experience. Bread bowls are much smaller and soup was barely half way filled inside. We also had grilled cheese, very over done. Disappointed with this visit for sure!
