I’m a regular at this location and their customer service is outstanding! Everyone is super nice and they always make sure you leave happy. I usually order a takeout and it’s always ready by the time I get there.  This is definitely my favorite place to go during my lunch break

Always a good sandwich here.  I had the Mike's Philly cheesteak with extra meat an a roast beef, turkey provolone,  lettuce,  tomato,  oil & vinegar with salt & pepper and mayo.  Large choice here.  Great employees.  Good customer service.   I ordered on line.

There is an employee there with as nasty an attitude as it comes.  We walked in today and before we can even get through the door she started telling us how they don’t have breads but wheat and that she would never eat the wheat bread I can tell she doesn’t eat wheat bread with her triple chin.  She literally didn’t want to do any work and it was clear.  So we decided to leave and on the way out she shouts “pizza is good” basically telling us to go get food elsewhere.  What a horrible attitude but I had my kid with me so I used that as a teaching moment.  That is the only positive.  What a joke to have someone like this serving people.

you ask for "extra extra extra mayo" and there is barley any on the sandwich?? Last time I leave a $5 tip for this location. I will stick with Dover who honors my requests, appreciates the extra $5, AND sometimes even gives me a side of mayo for safe measures.

Amzing place to really fresh sandwiches. Good healthy varieties, very fast service, very clean, little bit pricey, but worth it.Food: 5/5

I used coupon and get 8 subs. Owner get so mad because of i used coupons. He took order and put on the side and take care of other customers. I was the came before and when i asked adding chese i might forgot, he got so mad and looked dirty and start expalin very rude. I told him take your additue somewhere, i am customer here. He said if i argue with him he will not make it ready. I told him than refund payments. He said he is not going to refund or giving subs. Told me call corparate, for sure i will email there as well. I called police and tried to find solution with them. This guy is so rude and talks nesty.

My daughter brought me here and I've never been to a Jersey Mike's before. So glad she took me because I think you've gained a new fan!!!
