Sandwiches were like 90% bread and 10% veggie, meat was hard to be found. Other foods that we ordered were also quite small for the amount they charge. Otherwise, I like inside this Panera bread as well as around it

Standard representation of this popular national chain. Restaurant layout is good with seating out into the mall area, food is as expected and good. Service is average, mostly still attributed to COVID19 labor recovery, my guess. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world Food: 4/5

My previous experiences were good until today. This is Half Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt which cost 6.99$ plus taxes. It’s literally nothing.

I live here nearby and come to this location once a week. Every time I order Chipotle Chicken Avocado Sandwich; this time it was too salty, wet and I found avocado stem end piece. Didn’t make a big deal out this, I hope you guys read this review.

We love coming to lunch. The atmosphere is awesome. Staff and management are friendly and courteous.

This Panera is easy to access and even has quick parking out front so you can pop in and pop out. Just park at the curb in front of the entrance.  The take out option makes it super simple to walk in and grab your food. I've never had any trouble, even if I show up a bit early for my take out order.

I go here at least once a week. Order has never been wrong, and I am writing this because I went to another Panera Bread, and they were out of five different products in my cart. I switched locations, and my order is now 15 minutes late, and it isn't even busy in here. This team in Factoria knows how to handle a rush, and even through the busiest times, my order is never over 10 minutes late and never wrong. Sometimes the amount of sauce on a sandwhich is inconsistent, but I cant even complain about that.

They won’t answer the phone when called. Placed online pick up order. System bugged out & set my order for pickup tomorrow. No way to get my order fixed in time for my lunch break today without them answering phones.  I’ll be doing business elsewhere for my lunch time from now on.

Updated. 2 Month later still the same. Frontega chicken sandwich should be good by now but not.  At this location my Grilled Frontega chicken sandwich was dry and not grilled. They didn’t put enough of sauce in it and didn’t grill the bread.  I usually order grilled frontera chicken sandwich at Panera. And based on Different Panera bread restaurant this sandwich might be a bit different. But I like when it’s juicy and bread is lightly grilled.
