Domino’s is great. We love Domino’s. We go to the one in the Renton Highlands most of the time on Sunday’s during the NFL football season. Great Selection. My daughter likes the chicken wings and my Son likes the breadsticks. I like the desserts. The pizza good too.

This store rocks! They always get our order correct! Perfect resupply for DnD nights when we don’t have the energy to cook. Thanks so much for making our lives delicious!

They're fast, cheap and good quality.  The staff are always nice and responsive! Ill risk it and make people upset by saying pizza is pizza... But they have a nice seasoning for their dough that I haven't had before.

I have ordered from this store before and the pizza is always good. Not as good as the Wallingford store, but better than Issaquah. I am reviewing today because there was a huge lag between when the pizza came out of the oven, and when it left the store. I ordered shortly after 2:00pm and was told 25-35 minutes on the app. The pizza was out of the oven and finished with its quality check at 2:29. By 2:55 it had not left the store yet. This prompted a call and the manager assured that it had left the store and to refresh my phone. When I checked again it had indeed left by 2:58. However, that time was then updated to 3:07, after the driver had to go back to the store for some reason. It finally arrived at 3:38 just as I was finishing my Delivery Insurance submission. Essentially, the pizza stood on the counter for the amount of time that it should have taken to reach my door. Total time from order to pizza was about an hour and 20 minutes, and I live 5 minutes from the store.  I think the new Dominos app is just terrible. It took things that weren't broken, and broke them, and didn't add any new improvements. If i had been told it would be over an hour I would have picked it up as I only live 5 min away.

My family waited almost three hours for the pizza delivered. Horrible customer service without empathy. First call I made was to check the status, I asked about if changed to pick up, can I get a refund for delivery fees. I was told no so I said ok keep the delivery option. However the customer associate got it wrong and placed the pizzas at client pick up counter without calling to confirm. Two hours has passed my young kids were so hungry. I had to make another two calls to clarify the situation and expedite the delivery.

Domino's Pizza is just ok, much improved from years prior. It would be nice if  the cooks new what extra cheese was. They have no problem knowing how to charge you extra for it.  That's why I gave on chain pizza thought I'd give it another  shot.  Will not be making that mistake again. Now I'm still needing my pizza fix. Lol

I understand the staffing shortages, I really do. But please, PLEASE just update your website, the app and your hours accordingly so that people know that your store is closed and don’t place orders just to show up to a closed store.

Great & fast service. I think they had improvements on the food quality.

The pizza was poorly made and missing ingredients like sauce. Carside delivery did not occur and the "free pizza" coupon for the next visit was not offered. Unimpressed all around.

Was really disappointed for a while but I think it got better.  Changed from a 1 start to 4, but would give 5 if the "quality check" didn't take 30 minutes.
