Sometimes there can be a language barrier. This is when ordering on the app doesn't work out or the kiosk doesn't apply my rewards properly. When I ordered a broccoli cheddar bread bowl for example, it got entered as just a normal bowl. However, I was given a bread bowl after bringing this up -- the staff can work with you if something comes up. However, when I order on the Panera app, it usually turns out well. You're best off ordering from the app or the kiosk. I would like the Chipotle Chicken & Bacon Flatbread Pizza more if it didn't skimp out on the toppings. That flatbread is $11. The amount of chicken they serve on this flatbread is ok, but the bacon not so much it's very small. For "extra bacon" i.e. a "normal" amount you pay $2 extra. Unlimited sip club is an amazing deal. The Colombian roast is usually hot. Hazelnut coffee can be lukewarm sometimes. If the coffee dispensers don't come out showing the steam, you'll likely get slightly warm coffee which will then turn room temperature after putting in cream. Bring this up with staff if it happens to you. A few things I do want to point out: - The Drum Hill location tends to be "Sold Out" of items frequently. While I do usually arrive around a couple hours before close like 7:30/8 PM, it's not common to see even bagels sold out along with other sandwiches or food items you might have wanted. - I don't know who found it a good idea to price a small tub of cream cheese the same as a bagel. Pay $2 for a bagel, then $2 for a small tub of cream cheese. Seriously? There's literally a Hannaford in the same plaza where for a little more than $2 you get a *FULL* tub of cream cheese. This is just nonsense. - Signature Chicken Sandwich, while it was delicious to me, is definitely not worth $12-$13. This is not a good company decision as there is a Five Guys in the same plaza where you can get a bacon burger for slightly less. - The warm bowls are insanely overpriced. The teriyaki chicken & broccoli bowl was pretty good, but definitely not worth $13. Just get chicken teriyaki at your local Chinese restaurant. Most of my visits here do tend to be good, but the above observations are important.
Clean, quick service and good food. I had their flatbread sausage pepperoni pizza, not my fav but it was good.
Horrible experience. Most ..not all ..staff is rude. My order was listed as ready but after checking a sandwich was missing. It was like whose on first between communication among the staff. After another 10 minutes someone prepared the sandwich for grilling. I had to get back to my office so after about 5 more minutes I asked if it would be much longer. I received a response of "mam we're really busy" from a young male, and an eye roll to her co worker from what looked like the lead girl in the pickup area. Returned to my office to find that the order was cold due to waiting. No way to run a business & no way to treat a paying customer.
When we opened the bags at home after picking up our online order, we were missing one family member's order. We saw on the receipt that we'd paid for it, but it wasn't included in any of our bags. When we called, one soft employee couldn't handle one exasperated remark from my husband, so another stepped in and threatened to keep our refund. The manager was absent at the time, or so we were told. The outspoken employee fussed at my husband, and we got our refund after he apologized to the soft employee. I definitely believe there's a time and place to stand up for another human being, but I dont think this particular scenario deserved such a response as it did very little to demonstrate that store's reputation for profesdionalism in the face of setting right a mistake that was made, or in dealing appropriately with a frustrated customer.
I was first in line when I ordered from the kiosk. However, I wasn’t too happy that two customers were served first when I came in ahead of them!! Another was, I ordered a margarehita flatbread pizza to go and was so disappointed that it had no basil and barely there cheese! I also agree with the other reviews that this location is not maintaining cleaning up the tables, crumbs of food both on the tables and chairs!
Strongly not recommend!! They called COP to report me, just because I was using LAPTOP alone in the corner with face cover on and 6-feet to others . And the service here is terrible worse than any other Panera I went.
Curbside would be a God sent for families with special needs if they actually brought the food out to you. But this Panera bread location this never works as advertised. Please stop offering curbside pickup if you are not going to follow through.
Loved this place. Decent options for vegetarian. The Mediterranean sandwich and tomato soup was amazing. The staff was very accommodating and super friendly. Caramel latte and salted caramel cookie were also delicious . Good for family hangout.
If I could give this place a 0 I would. Ordered a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. This is how I got my sandwich with the paper still in the sandwich. Unfortunately didn’t notice till I was almost done with the first half of the sandwich. CHECK YOUR FOOD!!
Good for excitement. be breaded with great vitality of numerous goodies and great appetite.Food: 5/5
