incredible service by team manager Jason! so friendly, he brought our drinks to our table and checked on our soup when it didn't come out with the rest of the order. after he helped us with a smile, he continued to help other guests at their tables. our order was so timely, it was ready as soon as we sat down! i couldn't believe it. I'm willing to spend a little more money for excellent service from people whose employers appear to take care of them Vegetarian options: i ordered with the interactive menu at the front, it had really available allergen and ingredient information and each item was customizable. i chose to take the cheese off my sandwich and boom! completely vegan!
Food was great. We had great service. The cashier was helpful, friendly, and we got our food fast. We got creamy tomato, citris Asian salad, and Baja bowl. They were wonderful. We got the berry oatmeal cookies that never disappoint.Food: 5/5
Great little surprise stop off of the highway. It's easily the best Panera I've been to. The staff were helpful and pleasant, it was incredibly clean, and service was quick. They forgot to give us our side of fruit, and they brought it out to us before we even realized. They were out of bread bowls, so they gave us a ridiculous amount of bread to make up for it. Very kind!
Their health score is 100 and I believe it. Always clean. Always fresh food. Friendly staff. Feels like I'm eating at home. Great jobFood: 5/5
They are always out of items no Ten Bean soup, no tomato soup, no Gouda for a sandwich on the last visit. No napkins or fork in a To Go bag. One worker behind the counter had a “friend” standing at the counter talking to him while he was making our order. It was weird. Where is the manager?
The food tasted bland. The bacon was done.. And the cost was extremely high. But the drink was o.k. Features: They were not wearing mask but the appeared to be clean.
had mixed feelings about the city of Tiffon,GA. I posted a question this morning regarding customer service and the universe listed to me. The Universe blessed me by responding with the good energy I had been putting out in the air!! Just the other day I was denied at a register, prior to, I was preaching we need more love in this world, fast forward the guy at the register came back and said I'm sorry, I'm not supposed to do this, but I ain't gone stand in the way of love and gave me what I needed i would say won't he do it, but I ain't ask him, I put it out there, faith without works is dead, that was one day ago. Now, today here @panerabread This Wonderful Manager Name Ashley really made my day, my cards3 wasn't working with there app and neither was any other card we had, I called the bank the bank verified i'm all good. Super Manager Ashley took it upon herself and noticed I was respectfully trying to figure it out and was trying to fix something I had no control over! Then IT Happened‍, she SAID ‍"YOUR MEAL IS ON ME YOU'VE BEEN WAITING TOOO LONG!! " @panerabread its employees like this that keep me coming back" AWWW ASHLEY WARMED MY . They were out of what i wanted. The food was just ok. The service was slow. The restaurant wasn't clean. I go to panera often near me and this location did not meet the standard I am used to.
Smallest portion of food I've ever seen and pricey for what you get. 2 TINY sandwiches priced at $5+ each , 2 TINY bowls of soup & 2 TINY drinks for $26+. The taco chili was delicious but my wallet and appetite won't let me go back.
Got the mediterranean veggie sandwich, and I didn't find it acceptable at all. They didn't bother themselves to ask customers what they want for sides, they just put a potato chips bag for each order. I'm really a frequent customer at Panera Bread and love their food but this is a branch I won't revisit.
