I went to the drive through after a long 12 hour shift at the hospital to get a quick bite to eat and the lady at the drive through window acted like I was a bother to her. I was served semi cool food to boot. I like Arby's as a whole but the Tifton, Ga location will not be getting my business again.Food: 2/5
Overall, had a decent lunch. Everything was temperature perfect and portioned properly. As seems to be the case with many of these locations, the sandwiches are thrown together sloppily. I get it that I am ordering one of the messiest ones on the menu, the beef & cheddar. But please, take a second to make sure the meat and cheese are actually on the bun. I had to reconstruct mine in order to eat it. Which, as you can imagine, was a messy task in itself. Arby's is what it is. Not a culinary destination, but a place to fill the void that beats the pants off those fast food burger places by a mile.
The review should be less than 3 stars, but usually it’s not anything major. This time they forgot our fries and didn’t get enough cheese on the beef and cheddar. Before, they somehow messed up a number 10 — still don’t know how. And even before that they were always messing up something. Usually it was fries missing or not getting our order right. The cleanliness of the restaurant is OK though.
I purchased the Fish sandwiches and fries. The fish apparently had been prepared earlier or microwaved. The ends were hardFood: 3/5
Very rare that I write reviews and have never for fast food but the team here is worth taking the time. Genuinely friendly staff, great service and fresh delicious food!
the girl who was working the drive thru tonight had ZERO customer service skills, she messed up my order and then got MAD cause she had to correct HER MISTAKES and decided to throw stuff all around and throw sauce at me because SHE MADE A MISTAKE, I was very nice about it cause I just wanted what I payed money for so I don't understand what her issue was. I will be back to get her name so I can report her to corporate.
Ordered super roast beef combo, no Arby's sauce, no red pepper sauce. Only sauce available was horseradish.Food: 3/5
Great chicken pecan salad sandwich. The cashier was very friendly. The manager was nice and thanked us for coming. I really appreciate the extra effort they both took to make us feel welcome. It was our first of many visits here.
Roast beef was too thick. I like thinly slices. Other than that, greatFood: 3/5
